If you've taken an interest in leasing for 6 to 12+ months at one or our Denver properties, here is how our process works if you'd like to move-in.
It's easy and you can always back out before signing the lease. After you tour the property and see your specific space in the house, you pay a deposit. The deposit is refundable for 24 hours while you get answers to questions like: 1. Who will I live with? 2. What are late fees? 3. Is this property the best location to commute to work? We have standard fees in addition to base rent, please inquire before confirming these will be your rates. Pet Fee: $250 move-in fee + $60/mo/pet (dogs and cats only) Utilities: Usually $100/mo (includes at least water, heat, electric, trash) 6 month term: Additional $100/month 9 month term: Additional $50/month |
