Our First Tenant: We rented our first room for rent in 2010 to a young professional who was a transplant from out of state. He pursued his passion in physical therapy and socialized with other entrepreneurs in the house for encouragement. Even when the full-time job was conflicting with his dreams, the landlord, and other roommates/tenants encouraged him to pursue his dreams. Years later, this tenant is the proud owner of Denver Muscle Therapy, and now has a commercial landlord instead of just a residential landlord with other roommates.
That's the story of our first tenant, and continues to be the story and vibe of roommates and tenants that we are most excited to rent to, today.
Our Prospective Tenants: Welcome to our site, did you see our ad on Craigslist? Or Facebook? Anyway, welcome to the club, we are a community of young professionals, entrepreneurs, recent grads, and transplants sharing space in Southeast Denver. We like to walk to the lightrail downtown to play pool, or Uber over to DU for some high end cocktails for a few bucks. But, you won't catch us out too late on a weekday (unless it's celebrating a new roommate moving in), since most of us have 9-5 jobs.
We'd love to meet you before you move-in to the house, but come on by for a tour to make sure the floorvplan, bathroom, bedroom and house works for you, and you'll have the chance to meet all of us before you sign anything! Shoot the landlord a text here to schedule a tour.
Existing Tenants: If you are an existing tenant, you can also file a Maintenance Request, or Request your Deposit if you've already given notice to vacate at the end of your lease.

Past Tenants One of our past tenants, Michael, noticed how much the house he was living in was appreciating while he was paying rent. He was interested in buying a house.
He become friends with the landlord, and swapped information about his past experience managing properties in California in exchange for tips on what it's like to buy a house in Colorado. He eventually purchased a property, remodeled it, and rented his other rooms to other roommates in a different zip code. Michael still comes by the house to help us decide what upgrades to focus on next to keep our tenants happy, in addition to say hi to old friends, like the landlord and his old roommates in Bails who still live close by.
