Virginia Village ​Fun Facts

A double-digit percentage rise in housing prices—averaging just under $550,000—bumped this suburban-esque southeast Denver neighborhood back onto the list. Streets are quieter here, with many of the mid-century modern, single-family homes occupied by residents who’ve lived in the area for decades. Historically, retail has been pretty nonexistent, requiring a short drive to neighboring districts.

Is Holmes Real Estate Group a broker?

​Although the company Holmes Real Estate Group is not a real estate brokerage, the founder, Matt Holmes, from New Mexico has been a real estate investor for over a decade.  He first got involved before graduating college by purchasing his first rental, hosting meetup groups in Denver, and finding mentorship from the real estate investing community. 

​Many of his friends are real estate agents both in the state of Colorado and New Mexico. Matt moved from New Mexico to Colorado to study at  University of Denver after completing high school in New Mexico. He attended St. Michael's High School in Santa Fe.  Go Horsemen!
